My first weekly write up and this week has been fairly uneventful primarily focussing on personal development in the forms of Salesforce and Next.js.

• Salesforce learning is taking the form of following through Trailhead content (Salesforce’s own learning portal) for admin certification. I’m not too concerned with being certified at this time, and more wanting to learn about the Salesforce platform and potential usages.
• Next.js continuation. This week I’ve been through chapters 7 to 14 of the ‘Learn Next.js’ tutorial and enjoying the framework so far. The intention is to continue to use it in a side project to keep up to date with frontend.
• Using DBeaver for database diagram manipulation. SQL Server Management Studio feels very lacking in this regard. It’s been a while since I’ve used DBeaver for anything but actually finding it a bit snappier than SSMS makes me want to try it out a bit more.
